They were fast, got the IMEI unlock to me within 24 hours; I tried it on a custom-mod'd S4 (to Android 7.1.2) and it didn't work ... kept saying "contacting network". HOWEVER, as soon as I found one of the original ROM's (it was Bell-locked, and there was a 5.0.1 ROM online), when I downgraded, the unlock worked perfect.
